# Profile & Progress

#### Accessing your profile

Tap the side menu icon → **Profile**. You'll find:

* **Ranking** — your position among Practick users based on practice time
* **Total hours** — accumulated practice time since you signed up
* **Last session** — date and duration of the last logged session
* **Avatar** — tap to change your profile picture

#### Sharing your profile

Tap **"Share"** on the profile screen to generate an image with your statistics. You can save it to your gallery or share it directly on social media.

#### Settings

Access **Profile → Settings** to edit your personal information, change your password, and manage your account.
