# Teacher Panel

#### Overview

The Teacher Panel is Practick's web interface, accessible at **adm.practickapp.com**. From here you manage everything: students, classes, invites, assignments, exercises, and messages.

***

#### Teacher Dashboard

The panel's home screen shows an overview of your organization:

| Card | What it shows |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------- |
| **Students** | Total students in your organization |
| **Active this week** | How many practiced in the last 7 days |
| **Active classes** | Total classes in progress |
| **Pending invites** | Sent invites not yet accepted |

Below the cards, you'll find an **inactive students** alert and a table with the **5 students with the lowest recent activity** — useful for identifying who needs attention.

***

#### Students

Access **Students** in the side menu to see all students in your organization.

The table has name search and quick filters:

* **All** — complete list
* **Inactive** — no practice logged recently
* **Low activity** — practicing below the expected frequency
* **OK** — active and within the expected frequency

Click on a student to see their profile detail — plan, classes, last session, and activity history.

***

#### Classes

Access **Classes** in the side menu to manage your student groups.

**To create a class:**

1. Click **"New Class"**
2. Give it a name and choose the responsible teacher
3. Confirm

Click on a class to open the detail — you can add or remove students directly from there.

***

#### Invites

Access **Invites** in the side menu to invite students to your classes.

There are two types of invite:

**Individual Invite (by email)**\
Sends an invite email directly to the student. By clicking the link, the student is automatically added to the class. Email is required for this type of invite.

**Class Invite (by link)**\
Generates a unique link for the class. Anyone with the link can join — ideal for sharing via WhatsApp or social media. The student doesn't need a registered email.

The invites table shows the token, associated class, email (when provided), and the status of each invite. You can resend the email or send batch invites to an entire class.

***

#### Assignments

Access **Assignments** in the side menu to create and track tasks.

**To create an assignment:**

1. Click **"New Assignment"**
2. Choose the practice
3. Select the recipient — a specific student or an entire class
4. Set the deadline (optional)
5. Confirm

The assignments table shows practice, student or class, deadline, progress, grade, and status. Click on a row to see the detail — progress per student with status chips and feedback list.

**Available actions per assignment:**

| Action | What it does |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Message** | Opens a conversation with the student about that assignment |
| **Feedback** | Adds a comment on a specific exercise |
| **Deactivate** | Ends the assignment without deleting the history |
