# Teacher Guide

#### Overview

As a teacher on Practick, you have access to the **Teacher Panel** — a web interface separate from the student app, accessible at **adm.practickapp.com**.

From there you manage everything: classes, students, practices, tasks, and messages. Your students see the result of these actions in real time on their app.

***

#### Creating your account

Access **v1.practickapp.com**, tap **"Create account"** and choose **"I'm a teacher"**.

Registration follows the same 4-step flow as the student. When finished, your account enters **"Pending approval"** status — you'll receive a confirmation as soon as access to the panel is granted.

> While waiting for approval, you can already use the app normally as a student.

***

#### Accessing the Panel

With your account approved, access **adm.practickapp.com** in the browser and log in with your email and password.

The panel is divided into two main sections:

| Section | What you'll find |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| **Main** | Dashboard, Courses, Exercises, Users |
| **Teacher** | Students, Classes, Invites, Assignments, Messages |

***

#### Managing classes

Classes are groups of students. You can have as many classes as you need — by level, by schedule, by goal.

**To create a class:**

1. Access **Classes** in the side menu
2. Click **"New Class"**
3. Give it a name and confirm

***

#### Inviting students

With the class created, you can invite students in two ways:

**Link invite**\
Generates a unique link for the class. Anyone who accesses the link can join — ideal for sharing via WhatsApp or social media. The student doesn't need a registered email to use this type of invite.

**Email invite**\
Sends an invite email directly to the student. By clicking the link, the student is automatically added to the class. Ideal when you already have the student's contact.

> Access **Invites** in the menu to see the status of each sent invite — pending, accepted, or expired.

***

#### Assigning tasks

Assignments are tasks you assign to a student or an entire class, with a defined deadline.

**To create an assignment:**

1. Access **Assignments** in the side menu
2. Click **"New Assignment"**
3. Choose the practice, the recipient (student or class), and the deadline
4. Confirm

The student sees the task immediately in the app, with the deadline and status updated in real time.

**Possible task statuses:**

| Status | Meaning |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Pending** | The student hasn't started yet |
| **In progress** | The student has opened it and is practicing |
| **Completed** | The student marked it as completed |
| **Overdue** | The deadline passed without completion |

***

#### Tracking progress

On the **Assignments** screen, you see each student's progress in real time. Click on an assignment to see the detail — who completed it, who is overdue, and who hasn't started yet.

On the **Teacher Dashboard** you get an overview:

* Total active students
* Students who practiced in the last week
* Active classes
* Pending invites
* Students with lowest recent activity

***

#### Giving feedback

You can leave comments directly on specific exercises within an assignment. The student sees the feedback highlighted on the exercise screen when they open the app.

**To give feedback:**

1. Access the assignment detail
2. Click **"Feedback"** on the student's row
3. Choose the exercise (optional) and write the comment
4. Confirm

***

#### Messages

Practick has an integrated messaging system between teacher and student — without relying on WhatsApp or external email.

Conversations can have an associated context: a specific exercise, practice, or assignment. This keeps communication organized and focused.

Access **Messages** in the side menu to see all active conversations. New messages appear with a notification badge in the menu.

> The messaging system is only available to students with an active **PRO** plan who are in a class with an active teacher.
